Responsible for Updating System According to Food Safety Standard (BRC ).
Provide 300-500 of resident workers inside (Cairo-Alex Raod) k70 Farm by three Daily Meals and yearly Hostels needs
for High care Unit :
1- Responsible for personal hygiene.
2 - Responsible for implementation of HACCP System.
3 - Responsible for implementation of GMPs.
4 - Responsible for implementation of Food Safety Standard (BRC ).
5 - Responsible for healthy instructions.
6- Supervising quality inspectors
7- Responsible for training labors and supervisors on personal hygiene basics
