Scope overview and location:
PDO is undertaking the development of the Harweel Cluster of fields located in South Oman in the Greater Birba area of the Rabab reservoir, collectively known as the Rabab Harweel Integrated Project (RHIP). The fields are located 800 Km from Muscat. The intent of the Project is to maximize liquid recovery from the Rabab gas/condensate reservoir (A2C) by means of partial recycling and from the Harweel oil reservoirs by means of Miscible Gas Injection (MGI), whilst providing sweet gas to the Market. Job Title: Technical Senior Engineer
Head of Engineering (Civil department):
• Prepare and maintain all necessary Shop drawings and permanent official maps, topographical maps and cross sections, bar bending schedule, all type of supporting drawings required.
• Prepare method statements, technical queries, and material approval sheets, following up with procurement for material and site applications.
• Liaise with client to follow up on any technical issues and prepare all the supporting drawings for payment purposes
• Follow up project buildings finishing materials, by providing samples to client, getting approvals, and making sure that all the required materials meet project specifications, standards and drawings.
• Review approved for construction drawings, check and record any discrepancies or non-conformity with site conditions before commencement of activity, coordinates with client to solve all the technical issues.
• Prepare all fabrication shop drawings.
• Follow free issue materials required to be issued by client as per materials responsibility matrix
• Record and maintain all the design changes and technical queries of various construction activities carried out at site.
• Raise changes notification notice in case of variations or design changes as per drawings

• Establish and maintain all necessary construction shop drawings, cross sections, bar bending schedule and all type of construction supporting drawings.
• Resolve all the technical issues related to design and materials with client and EP Contractor.
• Review approved for construction drawings issued by engineering contractor, record any discrepancy, mismatching or non-conformity with site condition before commencement of construction activity.
• Prepare method statements, technical queries, technical deviation, concession requests and material approval requests as per project query procedure.
• Submit change notification notice for client in case of re-work, additional scope, or schedule impact due to design change.
• Follow up project civil materials including buildings finishing materials by providing samples to client, reviewing data sheets to ensure that all the materials as per project specifications, getting client approval and ordering the materials.
• Coordinate with procurement team and suppliers for all civil materials by ensuring that requested materials as per client approval and standards.
• Ensure that all design documents are fully documented and regularized.
• Prepare As-Built and red line markup drawings at final stage of project
• Coordinate closely with construction, control manager and site team to resolve all issues related to design and materials.
• Dealing with interface issues with other contractors available at RHOP site.
• Prepare monthly and weekly engineering reports and concerns.
• Prepare all fabrication shop drawings and material take off.
• Follow up free issue materials with EP contractor.

Project: Rabab Harweel Integrated Project Sultanate of Oman - Early Civil Works
The project comprises Construction of Contractor main camp and site facilities, , Engineering & Procurement Works for H2S monitoring system, Engineering works for graded roads, Earthworks & concrete miscellaneous works for the permanent on-plot area and Camp pad areas, Fence & Gate works for the Contractor Fly-Camp and Temporary Camp-Pad areas, Slope protection for the plot sides, including staircases at emergency gate locations, Construction of ramps wherever pipes are crossing roads or as required by changes in grade elevation, Provide goal post structures for electrical OHL road crossings, Necessary inspection and testing of materials and Fabrication and installation of access barriers for safety requirements.

Project risk coordinator is responsible for facilitating and administering the Risk Management process within the project the general responsibilities include:
Developing the Project Risk Management Plan, maintain the plan throughout the project duration and schedule all risk activities in the project. Including reporting cycles (Top monthly risks, risk cost report, updating project risk register) and required output. Schedule the Monthly Risk Review meetings and issue the minutes of meeting which shall capture.
