Key Responsibilities.
Responsible for the overall technical functions, providing leadership, coordination, and management of the PMO processes and functions for major four verticals OSS/BSS, Telecom, RF, Civil OSP and power.
• Serves as a technical expert representative across teams, vendors and clients.
• Develop plans and strategies for new products and solutions part of business development
• Evaluates and recommends new products and systems to company productivity and uniqueness
• Recommend and supervise contractors and/or staff in areas including all verticals
• Effective time and schedule management, both personally, and for a team. Ability to organize complex tasks
• Responsible for the overall ICT project management functions for Rawabi City.
• Setting budgets and agreeing project time scale and deadlines with the committee.
• Providing leadership, coordination, and RFPs process management.
• Responsible for Rawabi ICT PMO and ICT enterprise architecture in all layers.
• Be the primary technical interface and oversee choices and technology solutions.
• Participate in the design of low current systems and ICT infrastructure.
• Identify, select and hire relevant resources.
• Manage external services providers and consultants in ICT aspects.
• Participate in Rawabi ICT hub and incubation business development.
• Develop ICT Business modeling and financial analysis.
• Manage the following projects on Multi M$ scale on infrastructure and services layers.
o FTTx project, Data center Tier 2 infrastructure,
o Carrier grade Wi-Fi & Microwave PtMP to support & enable “M2M”.
o Smart city, OSS/BSS &Unified Billing, Triple play services infrastructure, smart metering (water, Gas and Electricity) .
o Smart grid (Water & Gas), BMS / BAS, SCADA system, Assets mgmt.
o Low current systems /ELV for commercial area (CCTV, Access control, Burglar, LPR Parking and guidance system, Digital signage, PAVA, lighting control and fire alarm system).
o HOME AUTOMATION (KNX system).
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs
and requirements, Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, Reviews
deliverables prepared by team before passing to client, Effectively applies PMI
methodology and enforces project standards, Minimizes exposure and risk on project,
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately, Tracks and
reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis, Manages project budget, ICT unit
Quality Assurance, Demonstrate Technical experience in IT infrastructure, Contribute in
preparing potential projects and RFQs.
Accountable for managing the delivery of critical ICT projects and providing managerial and direct support and management for technical team and ICT dep., acting as Program Manager.
Duties:
Quality Assurance responsible, Leads and manages ICT Infrastructure projects and applies project management practices, Managing Telecom & Low current Projects, Efficiently identifies and solves project issues, Performs team assessments and evaluations, Change Management and Demonstrates Technical Experience in ICT Infrastructure and solutions, Data Center Site preparation specialist, ICT Vendor engagements management, Manage IT team in subsidiary companies and distribute tasks per competencies.
Lead IT Support team, Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair , Tasks responsible for the quality of GTS team, Utilize and applies best practices and experience, Demonstrates technical Experience in IT Infrastructure, Wired & Wireless Networking & Data Center consultation, Participate in preparing BCP & DRP & IT security according to ISO 27001/17799, and responsible for 3rd line support, reviewing and creating Information Security (ISMS) Policy, Demonstrates experience in IT Security, Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing and Technical audit, Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff, Managing the internal and hosted network infrastructure including: firewalls, servers, switches and telephony, Performing routine audits of systems and software.
Lead and Manage Structured Cabling projects and Data Centers preparation for new established GSM operator Hits-Unitel-Y, main responsible for managing Electrical work related to IT infrastructure including call center and POS.
Wire and Wireless network Designing and implementation, Network Audit and Assessment, Implementing International standards for Banking Data Center, High and low range WiFi and Wimax installation, Configuring CISCO WAN routers and Midrange switches, and General information in IT Audit, Gap analysis, System selection, and System evaluation, IT system and network Administrator.
Designing and implementing WiFi base transceiver station, Wire and wireless network designing and implementation, Network Data Flow Analyses, Cisco LAN and WAN planning and implementation, Designing and implementing high range WiFi AP, Working and configuring on ISA and Microsoft proxy server, IT system and network Administrator.
