Creating incidents for technical support Follow up till the incidents are closed by the support team to keep records and track all internal process
Apply all Company Procedures, including the correct use of security measures, vigilance to all areas of risk, & correct completion of all required documentation in order to eliminate stock loss.
Ensure daily banking procedure is performed including rectifications of excess and shortages in till operations.
Prepares daily sales and stock report in each department.
Ensure Security, Store Operating Procedures and Reports are maintained daily.
Ensure up to date maintenance of personnel files, company files, policies and procedures.
Arrange for purchase of stationery and ensuring an adequate stocks is maintained.
Able to handle till operations accurately in the absence of a Cashier.
• Handling the sales, shelving and promotion for Daewoo, Ariston and Cooline products
• Identifying potential customers, consolidating existing clients and ensuring higher sales and superior customer service standards.
• Handling customer queries and resolving complaints regarding sales and service. Proving a weekly sales reports to the sales manager
• Supervising in-store product displays, prospecting economical space for better visibility and managing key retail accounts.
• Liaising with the store manager for evaluating existing inventory in order to place orders.
• Customer care service for General Packet Radio Service.
• Promotion of General Packet Radio Service (GPRS).
• Liaise with different profile customers.
• Handling customer’s hardware, software and networking problems.
• Visiting customers’ sites for trouble-shooting and fixing the problems.
• Attend immediate requests from the users for all hardware, software and networking complains.
