 Managing a warehouse operations consist of around 10, 000 pallet positions, 30 distribution vehicles fleet with team of 80+ staff
and 200+ outlets in Qatar.
 Planning daily inbound, outbound and market deliveries ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
 Liaising with Supply Chain, Brand / Sales team and IT department for day to day operational issues.
 Administering stock control, planning and implementation of cycle count and physical stock takes. Maintaining statistical and
financial records.
 Ensuring Training, supervising and appraising staff frequently throughout the year. 

queries posed by Contracting Officer's Representative and recommending adjustments to be made to ways of working.
 Maintaining monthly Customer Surveys to obtain valuable feedback on services provided and recording complaints following
with relevant departments for immediate and permanent resolution to avoid same in future.
 Tracking and submitting weekly / monthly / quarterly sales to meet budget and (when required) stating information/justification
for reduction/increase in sales, etc. Publishing monthly Short-expiry, Over-stock, Non-moving and Ageing stock reports to
respective customers and clients advising major areas of concern.
 Publishing Asset Visibility Report internally, tracking on hand stock situation highlighting priority inbound shipments to Supply
Chain team, to maintain fill rate above 97% per contractual requirement.
 Working on customers’ future demand forecast and new addition requests to have sufficient stock on hand at any time
controlling pipeline for approximately 800 SKU’s active in inventory system. Reviewing Re-Order Plan with Supply Chain team
based on knowledge of customers demand forecast understanding continental US supplier’s MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity),
products shelf-life, palletizing, etc. Maintaining SKU’s detailed information i.e. supplier/agency, brand, pack size, shelf-life, etc.
 Clients teleconference; preparing agendas to attend and (when required) lead the calls to discuss on-going issues followed by
circulation of meeting minutes.
 Reviewing Customer Service relevant P&P and suggesting possible amendments (if required).

MECOS REPORTER (Credit Information Reporter) at QATAR MARKET RESEARCH BUREAU (QMRB)
