Lusail Projects at Dorsch - Qatar:
• CP-04; CP-08-A1 and A2 are Infrastructure development. construction of Roads/ Highways, interchanges & underpass structures, twin box over-bridge & flyover, 4 Qetaifan Islands - commercial and residential use. VIP buildings, fueling pier, Two Access tunnels to future car park (underground), Wet and Dry Utilities, Foul Sewer pumping stations, Distribution Sub-stations and Land scape works.

Field Works Experience in GCC/ Middle East:
• Supervised installation and T&C - Submersible Pumps, Booster Pumps, Motorized Penstock, DG Set, Fuel Tanks and Fuel Transfer System, Odour Control System, Surge Vessels, Mechanical Screens
• Area storm water drainage system, Building Sanitary & plumbing piping, TSE & Potable water lines, Fire-fighting equipment (sprinklers/ Fire hose reels’/ fire hydrants), water & fire tank installation and Fire/ water (hot/cold) piping for the same building
• Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) Pumping station- installation of pumps, fabrication of supports, assisting testing & commissioning of installed pumps, preparation of operation & maintenance manual for handing over to client

- Assisted supervision of in-house Plant project of erection, commissioning & Installation of a 4HI Cold Rolling Mill & Cut to length M/c.
- Mechanical maintenance of existing Pumping Station, Pipeline, 4HI Cold Rolling Mills, Cut to Length M/c, Hydrogen Furnaces, Overhead Crane etc. (Preventive/ Regular/ Breakdown maintenance).
- Conducted Shutdown maintenance for Mechanical power transmission system, Hydraulic power packs with Vane, Piston & Gear type Pumps and system driven by it, pneumatically operated system, Air, Water & Gas pipelines etc.
- Worked as Graduate Engineer Trainee for the construction of Sewage Treatment Plant (conventional type) of capacity 60 MLD for district Allahabad.
- Assisted site supervision team for Pump installation and laying of pipelines (above ground and underground Services - storm/ foul sewer/ TSE).
- Planning weekly work schedule and monitoring it for timely completion of work.
