Lead the Enterprise Application Delivery Team to manage Enterprise wide projects relating to ERP Supply Chain systems as well as Project Management Systems specific to public transport industry capital projects:
•Lead the Enterprise Project Management implementation project that involved implementing the Aurigo, Masterworks capital project management application.
•Managed the Procurement process and innovation project to remediate and enhance the use of the current Lawson/Infor Supply Chain system.
•Ensure that the vendor is completing deliverables on time as well as the in-house SMEs are providing the required validations and sign ofs.
•Ensured that project stakeholders, SMEs, business users are engaged in the project and understand the capabilities of Masterworks
•Conducted Lunch & Learns, SME Forums, Stakeholder meetings and other necessary events including introduction to Workday
Oversaw implementations, enhancement and support of various back ofice applications at the client site including ERP, Time and Expense (OpenAir PSA) and Warehouse Management System. Administered advisory services to clients for vendor and software selections; ofered project and strategic planning to align with client PMO.
Governed the Lawson ERP and BI implementation with a global cross-functional team consisting of 15 project analysts and an ERP vendor's project team of 50 individuals. Instrumental in the business requirements gathering, business processes survey (BPS), design and prototype built for the ERP Core solution in the areas of HR/Payroll, Finance and Supply Chain. Provided project status to high level sponsors, C level stakeholders, EPMO and ERP program.
•Deployed SharePoint for project administration and communication.
•Acted as a liaison and coordinator between the Sidra business user team and the implementation team.
•Spearhead the team of analysts to gather the organization's business analytics and reporting requirements to develop and implement a BI application for the hospital.
•Provide BI subject matter expertise to build the optimal BI solution after gathering an understanding of the KPI's that are unique to the region.
Primary consultant in ERP (Lawson, SAP, Oracle), Business Intelligence (Hyperion Essbase), Emerging Solutions and Enterprise applications software implementations, optimization, support and maintenance projects. Provided advisory services to clients such as assessment, vendor selection, optimization, process improvement, change management, IT governance and infrastructure realignment. Led consultant team which performed mentoring, performance reviews and salary increase recommendations.
•Healthcare Project: Provided and executed strategy and roadmap for consolidating 30 hospital locations thought the United States with diferent ERP systems to one instance of Lawson ERP system. Implemented IT processes based on ITIL and Health care industry best practices.
•Multinational Publishing Company: Managed a code customization project that involved of shore developers.
•Regional Airlines: Participated in ERP Implementations, provided post go live support and reported development in the form of SQL views. Developed test Lawson Process Flows within a technical environment such as AIX servers, Oracle 10g.
•Other Projects: Developed and coordinated training for ERP/BI implementation methodology and tools.
•Established training for Deloitte's Project and Quality Management methodology for ERP and OBIEE implementations.
•Led creation of Enterprise Value Delivery Methodology and Project templates for ERP and Business Intelligence Implementations. Advanced and trained on Project Management methodology under PMO.
