Developed solution design & program strategy for resources, hardware & software needs, architecture design and implementation roadmap. Developed program & technology roadmaps; for Integration of 6 other legacy systems along with SharePoint. Coordinated, between different business units to implement the contract management, change management approaches and developed plans.
