Implemented multimillion dollar ERP Finance program; for Microsoft Dynamics D365, CRM-2016, BI & Office 365 with Enbridge Gas Distribution. Developed solution design & program strategy for resources, hardware & software needs, architecture design and implementation roadmap. Developed program & technology roadmaps; for Integration of 6 other legacy systems along with SharePoint. Coordinated, between different business units to implement the contract management, change management approaches and developed plans. Initiated and facilitated collaboration among IT related work streams (Infrastructure, Development) as well across functional groups to ensure the highest possible degree of communication and transparency in the Program. Served as a Trusted Leading Advisor; driving conversations with customer’s Enterprise Architects and Business Stakeholders. Armed with best practices for enterprise program management functions: such as Security, Performance, Development of Strategies, Process and Application Governance along with BPM maturity models. Led multimillion dollar ERP Finance implementation program; for Microsoft Dynamics AX-2012R3, BI & Microsoft Dynamics CRM-2013, Finance & other modules. Focused on developing & implementing BPM best practices across organizations. Developed program & technology roadmap for ERP. Coordinated, between different business units to implement the contract management, change management approaches and developing plans. Primary focus of program was interfacing with various vendors & service provider teams, for implementation of ERP Program. This program consists of different legal entities and service units. Kept executive stakeholders involved and well informed with program status. Developed benefit realization awareness in stakeholders; with fully integrated RACI model. Program was integrated with AS400, AccPac, Epicor, Ultipro, SAP & other systems.

•Negotiated contract with service providers as per scope. Involved with Legal team to draft SOW, SLA and other contract management documents. Implemented contract through project plan and compliance
