Project Planning & Monitoring: Handling project planning & monitoring aspects for 240 MW CCPP i.e. initial plan formulation, project monitoring and control.
• Preparation of baseline schedules, L2 & L3 schedule, monthly & 3 months rolling plan, catch up plan, manpower requirement plans, tools and plant estimations
• Preparation of S Curve, Project Quantified plan, Work methodology
• Preparation of quantified budget and monitoring actual expense occurred
• Maintaining protocols for work completed
• Preparation of MIS (Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report)
• Organizing weekly progress review meeting, preparing agenda and MOM
• Preparing and monitoring SPI and KPI
• Phase wise planning of resources as per the standard productivity norms for the project
• Identification and indication of project constraints and front availability information to the top management. Preparation of risk assessment sheet
• Monitoring the delivery of materials (processed & raw) and their quantities to avoid interruption to the construction. Computation of the material consumptions as per the standard norms, work done statements
• Preparation of monthly measurement sheet and getting certified from client
• Raising purchase request for material procurement
• Maintaining records for NCR
• Maintaining database for Project Management on Procore
• Capturing real time project process through Time Lapse Camera and Drone Camera

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Monitoring- Handling project planning & monitoring aspects for a 2x660 MW Supercritical Boiler Project i.e. initial plan formulation, project monitoring and control.
Preparation of baseline schedules, L2 & L3 schedule, monthly & 3 months rolling plan, catch up plan, manpower requirement plans, tools and plant estimations.
Preparation of S Curve, Project Quantified plan, Work methodology.
Maintaining protocols for work completed.
Phase wise planning of resources as per the standard productivity norms for the project
Identification and indication of project constraints and front availability information to the top management. Preparation of risk assessment sheet.

Collection & incorporation of inputs from various disciples i.e. Engineering, SCM & Manufacturing and sequencing the same as per project logics. Equipping the Master Schedules with various interfaces among various departments, activity codes, and erection sequences along with material delivery inputs.
Processing bills for services in SAP and preparation of Running Account Bill to client for work done.
Preparation & monitoring of cost provision.
Maintaining record of DCN, FCN, and NCR raised at site/ Engineering department, work status, payment to contractor.

• Certification of contractor’s bill for material erected
• Preparation and approval of work measurement from Client
• Preparation of Construction Planning and Erection Procedure of Super- Critical Boiler
• Monitoring the requirements of the assigned packages/ scope
Site Material Management:
• Monitoring and facilitating in receiving, storage and issuance of the material
• Material Inspection with client for material quality & quantity
• Supervised handing over of Mandatory Spares and Material Reconciliation
• Procurement of material at site for smooth and timely execution of Project
• Preparation of SAP-PR and follow up for PO

Material Cash Flow
• SAP GRN/SES Booking for vendor’s payment
• MRC- Bill of Sale to client for material supply

Project Closure:
• Shifting of company’s assets and project materials to other sites
• Handing over of the balance project material to client
• Certification and processing of contractor’s final bill for work done
• Submission of final bill to client for work done
• Demobilization of office
