Supervise the fleet management at mission level:
Movements plan:
- Supervise the allocation and the use of the equipment
- Plan movements of vehicles on weekly basis and kiss-movement based on the need
- To book taxi or other means of transportation, when necessary.
Vehicle’s needs:
- To gather the vehicles needs at mission level, create line on the link and submit them to the Supply Manager
Vehicles maintenance:
- To follow up the maintenance needs of the vehicles and handle them with the rental company.
- To get feedback from the drivers regarding the maintenance done by the rental company.
Fuel tracking:
- To make sure that each vehicle have a fuel card.
- To update the fuel tracker sheet and share it with the coordination office, along with the fuel invoices.
- To gather all fuel data from the log book in the fuel data sheet, and to crosscheck with fuel tickets (invoices).
- Analyse the fuel consumption at mission level for each car.

Reporting:
- Follow up on the drivers absences.
- Participate in the elaboration of the drivers’ monthly salary sheet.
- Report about general fleet situation to the Deputy Log HOD.
Ensure general maintenance of the Capital Office and Guesthouse premises:
- Supervise the building, rehabilitation and maintenance required for the functioning of the base and the living
environment
- Ensure supply of water, cooking gas for all premises.
- Follow up and request stationaries for the office, when needed.
- Participate in the implementation of basic security means for the office and the guest houses (doors and
locks, fire extinguishers, first aid kit, emergency numbers…).
- Ensure safety of the equipment, training and assistance to users.
- Monitor needed repairs for the premises, done either directly or through contractors.
Maintain a safe, qualitative and uninterrupted electricity supply to the ACF’s structure
- Support the Log Manager or Log Officer of the base on regular energy system check;
- Organize and ensure maintenance on electrical facilities according to ACF procedures
- Make sure all systems are protected for the safety of the persons and the equipment
- Detect malfunctioning in the electrical network and fix them
- Maintain all aspects of electricity supply through the distribution network, to the sockets and appliance
Manage Amman drivers Team
- Establish a work plan.
- Control the planning of the driver at capital level.
- Organize training sessions.
- Carry out appraisal interviews.
- Provide technical support to the team if necessary.

- Looking for new raw materials suppliers (Best Rates & Service Quality) and signing contracts with them.

Achievements:

Before I joined to KIFAH as a manager of transportation and logistics department, it was just a modest section with a poor and limited capabilities.

Kifah Holding is a huge Constructions and Trading Company, with branches, factories and show rooms throughout Saudi Arabia, and their requirements of transportation and logistics services is very big, and they were rely on external suppliers to provide them these services, so I worked very hard with my work team and together we have achieved the following:

- Transforming the financial position of the department from loss to profit and increase profitability on an ongoing basis, and raise the productivity of fleet to reach more than 85%.
- Reduction of the maintenance expenses and fuel consumption.
- Increase the loyalty of employees to the company.
- Restructure the Transportation and Logistics department from Zero Level.
- Enhance and improve all provided services by improve the transportation fleet, staff.
- Set a new rules, procedures and policies to organize and improve all over work phases.
- Restore the confidence of sister companies and the Board of Directors in the quality of provided services and the ability and potentials of the transportation department.
- Expanding the type and value of provided services gradually and thoughtfully according to the needs and requirements of the sister companies.
