- Develop project activities, manage resources, create cost and schedule management plans, and manage and adjust for any changes in the project scope, schedule and/or budget.

- Submit the materials submittal related to the major equipment/materials: boilers, compressors, pumps, vaporizers, tanks, air mixers, pipes, control panels, and critical instruments.

- Develop comprehensive risk registers for Diriyah Gate Project, prioritize 5 risks weekly, and ensure top risks have contingency plans.

Responsible of projects in: Jordan: Red Sea LPG Importation & Handling Facility, and Aqaba LPG Filling Plant; Djibouti: Tadjoura New LPG Terminal; KSA: Diriyah Gate Infra structure Design for SNG Gas Plants.

Duties:

- Monitor the preparation of the design phase based on the several standards/codes; API, ASME, NFPA, IPC, ASHRAE, & SBC.

- Develop and implement BIM strategies, and lead & support the BIM team.

-Contribute to business development initiatives by reporting information or identification of new design and industry trends to the high management.

-Develop comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.

-Oversee the production of engineering deliverables based on relevant codes.

-Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, and secure favorable terms and high quality resources for projects.

Responsible of a sports city project to be established with respect to IBC, IPC, NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and FIFA. Our scope was to prepare the design from A to Z including all MEP services. M duties were; gathering information from different departments, agreeing on priorities with the client, directing my team, evaluating the project team performance, and monitoring project progress.

- Preparing mechanical drawings, calculations, and BOQ’s for projects like;King Abdulaziz University, Gambia Embassy, and various projects such as hotels, villas, and residential apartments.
-Visiting the site periodically to verify and check ongoing projects.
- Preparing the mechanical design drawings with respect to IPC, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NFPA, and verifying that the corresponding drawings comply with contract specification and meet the required codes.

Working on two main projects: KAFP King Abdullah Foundation Project and KSAU-Neuroscience Center Project

Working as a project engineer in Zouk Mikael, Lebanon;
• Preparing the design and shop drawings of nine storage tanks divided into two
projects to be done in the power plants of Zouk and Jiyeh
• Supervising the erection and welding processes in Zouk power plant
• Design and erection of a fire fighting system in TOTAL station - Jounieh
• Requesting the required materials for site erection
Working as a site mechanical engineer at ENCO Group in Port Sudan;
• Checking and modifying the drawings of the storage tanks (eight fixed-roof
tanks and three floating-roof tanks) and pipelines with the related accessories
• Directing and inspecting all the fabrication processes including, cutting (plasma
or oxy-fuel), bending, sand blasting, and painting
• Requesting the required materials for site erection
• Supervising the work on site, and preparing reports to the area manager
• Providing the client with all required drawings and documents

Working on a complete project of sewage treatment plant STP to be established in Sharurah, KSA. My duties:
Preparing the total process calculation, mechanical design calculation, single-line, P&ID, shop drawings of the pipelines and all the related details corresponding to the MBR, Aeration, Anoxic, and Equalization tanks.

-Working as a mechanical engineer at Legeant Industries in Byblos
- preparing the design of soundproof gensets, panels and different mechanical and electrical structures using various software programs (NC CAD, Autocad, Solid Edge)
- supervising the manufacturing process, and maintaining the industrial machines such as punching machines, bending machines and press machines
