Execution and full handover of a high-end luxury residential building comprising 10 premium apartments and a rooftop unit. The project was delivered as a turnkey development with world-class finishing standards, focusing on high-quality materials, precision detailing, and luxury interior execution. Scope included structural works, architectural finishes, MEP and HVAC coordination, and external works, achieving a quality level comparable to standalone luxury villas.

The project involved large-scale excavation (~5, 000 m³), reinforced concrete structural works, and implementation of a structural settlement joint due to soil bearing capacity considerations. Special attention was given to fair-face concrete finishes and execution quality.
