Managing the accounting system & process, budgeting, cash flow, close supervision on A/R & A/P
Responsible for establishing the company’s accounting system using QuickBooks & managing the accounting strategy & process
Responsible for assessing the risk on new accounts by way of the credit information provided, reading financial accounts and establishing trading histories. Also responsible for managing the money owed to the business and involved in all collection stages.

Responsible for managing the service provided to a client. Effectively liaise between the customer and the company to market and promote products and services. Interface and work closely with all level of professionals to gain partnership and client base growth. Handle and maintain established accounts while generating new business opportunities as well as aligning client initiatives. Facilitate and coordinate conference calls and meeting with clients. Collaborate closely with the Legal Department to ensure completion of legal agreements in a timely and accurate manner. Effectively interact both internal and external financial departments to secure proper execution of payments and invoices.
Handling accounts of 4 companies with other accountants, assistants & reporting to Finance Manager
General Accounting
Recording daily transactions (JVs, Payables, Receivables, Payroll & etc....)
Reporting to the Management (Creditors & Debitors ageing analysis, Sales by item reports, Profit & loss reports & monthly Trial Balance).
All Bank transactions.
