• Preparing and updating of Project Environment Management Plan including waste Management, Spill Management, Environment Impact assessment, etc.
• Disseminating Environment Policy, environment related information & lateral learning etc. at site, camp & office
• Implement the Project Environmental Management Plan and its associated procedures;
• Advise and Assist to site personnel and contractor to control or minimize the environment impact;
• Regular periodically monitoring of Environment e.g., water, noise, air, dust, light, waste disposal from site and camp, etc. at site and camp;
• Conduct periodic inspection of Food establishment, catering, mess, camp & site inspection on the matter of health and sanitization;
• Maintain all waste manifests in an up to date manner;
• Ensuring all remedial actions identified by audits are closed
• Conducting environmental meeting, training, inspection, audit and investigation;
• Controlling the issue of material gate passes for waste disposal.
• Check and ensure emergency preparedness and response at site;
• Investigate environmental incidents and to develop remedial actions to reduce environmental risks;
• Participating client & management meetings on various environment issues, developing action plans and monitoring implementation of action plans;
• Liaise with client and outside authorities on all matters appertaining to environment & waste;
• Prepare, maintain and update all environment documents, prepare weekly and monthly report and report to HSE / Project Manager, etc.
