Responsibilities:
• Current responsibilities include Overall safe and trouble-free manufacturing of antioxidant and additive blends from 8 plants are supported by a team of more than 100 heads in EHS, engineering, maintenance, production, warehouse, logistics, and cross-functionalities of other business processes.
• led the operational work force, including production processes, plant equipment and activities, and human resources management, to achieve the best possible results.
• New product development of polymer additives, producing operating volumes for the annual
budget, demand and supply review with respect to sales forecast and available.
• Material requirement planning at multi-SKU and BOM levels; production planning with the
strategy of make-to-order as well as make-to-stocks.
• Capacity planning, scheduling, and controlling for multiple products, Co-coordinating and
working closely with sales and purchasing to meet customer order requirements on time by using lean manufacturing.
• Ensuring adequate stock levels of spares, RM, and all other production-related material are secured by following up with supply chain and W/H.
• Monitoring the specific consumption vs. budget and improvements for cost reduction and
• Generate performance analysis reports and KPIs for reporting to business partners at the global level.
• New projects: planning and executing, commissioning, and commercializing of all units.
• To comply with PSM elements, near-miss and incident report investigations are conducted to find root causes through cause map analysis. HAZOP analysis, PSSR
• Mastered the intricacies of process flow in each department of operation (EHS, engineering, maintenance, warehouse, and manufacturing).
• Troubleshooting the processing in the operational process and followed by critical stages, i.e., reaction, distillation, scrubbing, crystallization centrifuging, filtration, drying, and finishing area, by batch process as well as continuous process, in order to maintain high quality.
• Updating operating procedures and ISO 9001-2000 documentation.
• Reporting to JV partners the KPI and results in a timely manner.
For Araldite Epoxy Resins Licensed from Ciba specialty chemical Switzerland with the
capacity of 20000MTPA of Basic liquid and solid industrial resins manufacturing plant. Jubail industrial city KSA.
