•Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure
•Ensuring high levels of call and field productivity with focus on exceeding expectations for call plans including call planning and follow-up, preparing presentations, making appointments, and so on
•Dealing with customer enquiries in-person, over the phone or via email; contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements
•Supervising HNI and NRI customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services
•Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on buying trends
•Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
•Building a strong distribution network for achieving greater market reach and penetration
•Identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibilities to the sales team while ensuring effective coordination amongst all
•Resolving critical issues relating to sales, interfacing with the clients & escalating the important matter to management
•Leading, nurturing & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & group targets
•Providing training to new recruits and delivering positive contribution to the company
