•Emergency first aid treatment to staff, injured guest, and arrange follow-up medical attention as necessary
•Lead tour groups, advice tour members of local interest point, prepare and present tour commentaries.
•Coordinate pre-arranged tour activities such as visits to local attractions, restaurants and extended tours.
•Attend to operational problems such as booking errors and amendments, illness and if needed
