• Rectification of the issues & complains using Siebel application for complain logging and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting of ISPS’s Web/Domain Hosting services i.e; CYBER-SITES. Finding logs of sent and received emails from our POP & SMTP servers and rectification of Domain Control Panel, FTP, User ID Management issues.
