Assessing the credit worthiness of the client on which the bank or financial institution decides whether to lend money or not.
Carefully preparing the lending proposal avoiding the critical risk points or clauses in the proposal
Well conversant in preparation of credit appraisal, evaluation of credit risks, analysis of financial information and financial projections including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement.
Evaluate the financial status of the borrower by analyzing financial data like financial statement, cash flow statements and accounts.
Deciding whether to extend or reduce the credit limit based on the financial condition of the client.
Maintaining good public relations with existing and potential customers to increase the number of borrowers and thereby profit of the lending institution.
Regularization of Audit compliance.
Increasing strong asset quality by giving appropriate loan package to the deserving customer.
Monitoring the overdue loan of the assigned customers.
Ensuring credit recommendations/approvals are taken in a timely manner.
Preparation of sanction advice & checking / loading the approved limits.
Additional task assigned by Management time to time.
Preparing All kinds of Credit related Statement - Monthly, Quarterly & Half yearly including Basel II, SBS-3, Stress Testing Report, Online CIB & SME Statement.
Completing documentation & Mortgage formalities and Tagging Collateral Security in the system.
Observation & justification of Credit Appraisal in terms of Credit norms.
Determining appropriate covenants and control measures to ensure asset protection
Selection good client and maintain good relationship management.
