• Audit & evaluate all new and existed projects on compliance to HSE.

• Lead Investigation and make recommendations regarding all company incidents.

Started & managed a stand-alone Safety Department that is responsible for all corporate’s programs & mega projects and report directly to company’s President & CEO and VPs.
 Developing and executing health & Safety plans in workplace according to legal guidelines.
 Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
 Carryout administrative tasks of the department, and represent the department in executive meetings.
 Leading the corporate Safety Action Group (SAG).
 Handling all external & internal audits and evaluations to the department.
 Issue and control license & permissions for employees and subcontractors.

Commercial Aircrafts Program, F-15 PDM Program, F-15 SR Plant & F-15 SA Conversion Program.
• Handled all external & internal audits, obtain & maintain certificates from local & international authorities.
• Analyzed potential critical workplace practices and conditions and make risk assessment accordingly.
• Supported the implementation of the F-15SA program until operations started, and afterward.
• Prepare reports of inspections, investigations results, and dept. status report periodically.
