Madar Group was founded in 1986 in Syria. It is specialized in FMCG Home Care, Personal Care products and diapers manufacturing and distribution. It also manufactures all kinds of detergents, liquid soap, shampoo and other household cleaners.
With group Factories that spread in Syria, Egypt, Senegal, Angola and Cameron, and Distributions Companies in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Senegal, Yemen, Libya, Cameron and Angola. Madar has the Certification of (ISO 9001 - 2000) and it is considered as the leading company in Syria in its domain of work.
With over 4000 employees, I currently hold title as Sales Manager.
-Responsibilities
:
•Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
•Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales.
•Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence.
•Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
•Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programmed plans.
•Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company.

H.K.Levant is a holding company including 6 companies; LOSOL www.losol.net is one of four factories around the world that produces healthy salt with low sodium.
-Responsibilities:
•Develop marketing plans and operational for all affiliate companies (Agents) which related to H.K.Levant (parent company).
•Responsible for negotiation with any potential agents.
•Monitor all stages of the implementation of marketing plans for each country and coordination with the marketing management in each country where there are agency.
•In addition supervision of the rest of the marketing and development tasks in the firm.
