As a Senior Bids Officer, I lead and manage the full lifecycle of bid and proposal activities, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and strategically aligned submissions that support business growth and competitive positioning. I coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop winning value propositions, and oversee bid documentation from initial opportunity assessment through submission and post-submission engagements. I work closely with internal departments to analyse RFP/RFx requirements, develop pricing strategies, prepare budgets, and negotiate terms to optimize commercial outcomes. In addition to bid management, I draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and official correspondence, ensuring organizational compliance with legal and policy standards. I serve as a primary point of contact for customers on clarifications and inquiries, build strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously enhance bid and contract processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Studying the market to find calls for bids.
• Follow up on bid announcements and initiating the bid process upon qualification.
• Identify resources required for a bid, plan bid activities, identify deliverables and manage
resources in an efficient manner to produce winning bids within deadlines.
• Attend briefing sessions, bid opening and presentations as required.
• Develop a full understanding of ITG's products and solutions portfolio.
• Apply the company's bid process and quality standard while working on bid proposals.
• Effectively communicate with multi-level personnel as well as vendors and their
representative.
• Identifies the critical materials to be estimated on vendor quotations basis.

• Provide after sales technical assist for the clients with their network issues & Video wall systems
• Perform network design and capacity planning
• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
• Creating leads and attract new clients.
• Assist those clients with their needs from Network solutions, Security solutions, Cloud solutions and every related thing.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

 Analyze all the Linehaul, Transshipping, Clearance and Handing costs.
 Build all the Outbound, Inbound & Domestic rates for all Aramex stations agents and partners.
 Prepare all the costs and revenues reports and send them to the management.
 Ensure that Stations Managers and Revenue Accounting are familiar with commercial pricing policies and
procedures.
 Evaluate productivity based, corporate agreements based on performance criteria, including anticipated
market share, issue approvals or recommendation for appropriate action.
 Using various electronic data sources and input from Aramex agents, assess competitor activity,
recommend and prepare competitive responses aimed at retaining market share and optimizing revenue.

• Preparing and updating the outbound, collect and returned express network rates for Aramex
stations, agents and partners and upload them on the system.
• Preparing and issuing the Express invoices for the stations, agents and partners. And send them
to the accounting team to be booked.
• Preparing the Revenue and Analytical reports and check any odds and send them to the
managements.
• Check and resolve any out of the ordinary cases that we receive during the month.

• Take inbound calls from the customers and assist them with their inquiries and track their
shipments.
• Make outbound calls to the consignees to schedule delivery time and certain delivery instruction.
• Coordinate with the operation teams to make sure to deliver the shipments as per agreed with the
customers.
• Train new agents and help them to raise up to Aramex Standards.
