Experienced Service Supervisors to plan, organize, manage and evaluate service activities, by handling transactions, managing customer access, responding to sales enquiries and converting them into sales, and dealing with customer complaints.
Duties performed by the Service Supervisor will include but will not be limited to the following:
· Management of customer’s requirements by managing the complete work order from customer enquiry through to completion of the customers’ invoice
· Ensure all customer service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization
· Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to the customer service function for the management
· Provide customer service personnel with guidance in handling difficult or complex issues or problems so they can be resolved effectively and efficiently. Provide guidance on how to escalate complaints / disputes within the organization
· Resolve customer complaints and answer customers' questions regarding organizational policies and procedures
· Perform and/or direct day to day administrative tasks
· Focus on reaching Service KPIs
· Creating monthly sales & KPI reports for Service Management
· Process and monitor warranty, goodwill, rework, technical campaign and contract work as appropriate.
Support emergency after hours operations as necessary .
