Study of scope of work related to shutdown/project
Study of technical documents/ drawings and explanation of it to the site team
Coordination with planning team to prepare the execution schedule, progress monitoring reports and review of all planning documents prior submission to client
Review of all technical documents (H S E, Q A/Q C etc.)
Arrangements of all required resources (Tools, equipment and manpower etc.) as per requirement, also keeping in view the commercial effect on shutdown/project cost.
Monitoring/follow-up all administration related activities (arrangement of skilled manpower, id’s etc.)
Monitoring of queries for the direct and in-direct materials (consumable) and follow up with procurements
Arrangement for subcontracting services required for shutdown/project
Preparation/review of method statements, and review of rigging methodology for heavy rigging
Coordination among the various disciplines (Mechanical, Civil and E & I) involve in shutdown/project
During the execution, monitoring of daily progress report and attend meeting with client
During the execution phase resolve the issues at site affecting the progress, prepare the contingency plan for any unforeseen problems and arrange the resources for it available at site
Monitoring of execution activities for timely completion of shutdown/project and commissioning activities to deliver the shutdown/project as per agreed schedule.
Prepare the shutdown/project close-up reports, evaluate the commercial effectiveness.
13-1/2 years of Project Management experience in upstream Oil & Gas facilities (shut downs, revamp & up-gradation projects and Pipe line Projects).
Lead & Liaise with the Technical /Engineering team to manage, develop and achieve the optimized design.
Liaise with the Technical Team of client to understand the project objectives deliverables and planned business objectives.
Perform job analysis and evaluation to ensure jobs are clearly scoped, described and weighted to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with the client.
