Responsible for providing a first class proactive administrative HR support service to colleagues in the Human Resource department, and also providing assistance in various process.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from identifying the manpower needs from respective departments, ensuring approvals, searching for right candidates, short-listing, interviewing and arrangements of interviews with respective line managers, negotiating contract terms, selecting candidates and ensuring their smooth joining.
Assisting with new employee hiring processes
•Ensure preparation and verification of confidential employment contracts and relevant approval documents.
•Interact with recruiters, manpower supplying companies/ agents.
•HR administration and leave management process.
•Manage new joiner administration (Visa, Immigration, Emirates ID, Medical, MOL, and New Joiner Documents).
•Prepare and process VISA application for all employees, ensure legal compliance with UAE Labor Law.
•Manage the transactional elements of HR including HR reporting, maintaining Employee data and assisting with the implementation of various HR systems.
•Conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes.
•Manage employee time sheets and process payroll accurately and on time ensuring accurate deductions, adjustments, and leave calculation.
•Manage employee relations and act as point of contact for employee questions and grievances, to ensure fairness and consistency in all HR related approaches and confidence building between HR and employees understanding local employment legislation, compliance requirements and changes impacting the workforce, and providing advice and information to managers relating to all aspects of employment.
•Complete documentation of employee files.
•Maintaining Employee database etc.
•Looking after ISO Management.
•Updating organization chart and structure.
•Developing Job Descriptions.
•Preparing salary certificate, salary transfer, employment letter& reference letter
•Interpreting and clarifying the companies HR policies practices as per UAE labor
•Conducting pre-employment check on job applicants i.e. references, medical approvals etc.
•Handling all confidential information in a professional manner.
•Knowledge of HRMS, EPICOR, and Outlook.
