* Lead the team comprising diversified development sector including telecom VAS, Web Application development, Database development and administration, Mobile Application development
* Confer with end-users, clients, or senior management to define business requirements for complex systems and infrastructure development. Where applicable, design, develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.

* Develop document and communicate plans for investing in system architecture including analysis of cost reduction opportunities.
* Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of system development efforts that will increase cost effectiveness system flexibility.
* Designs develop and oversee implementation of end to end integrated system.
* Provide multiple technical options for a business problem and be able to lead a technical feasibility analysis for these options

* Development of ICT system architecture of different HNPP (Health, Nutrition, and Population Programmes) .
* Prepare technical document and business requirement document for HNPP eHealth platform.
* Develop platform and do system analysis, business process analysis, data modeling, database design, data security etc.
* Facilitate web-based services for HNPP initiatives.
* Liason with BRAC ICT, SIL and external developers for developing, testing, and troubleshooting of eHealth platform for different HNPP components.
* Prepare HNPP eHealth vision and policy.

 Development of the IT Systems Architecture and related technical and business documentation for the new BHIP enterprise.
 Business requirement documentations; use cases; research on leading practices; IT operations service requirements; service level agreements; member/case record management system; billing system; claims processing/management system; databases; software development guidelines; UML representations; process maps; systems diagrams; EOI and RFP documentation preparation; and EOI/RFP evaluation guidelines.

 Technology consulting support, design, development and deployment of applications/systems.
 Analysis, Development, Improvement and Monitoring existing web sites and applications.
 Working with faculty members to formulate and document system requirements.
 Identifying, investigating, documenting, analyzing system processes, procedures, work practices and presenting computerized solutions for improving user efficiency.
 Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of IIUC network systems.
 Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes.

* Web applications design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation.
