Provide technical services to maintenance and operations divisions about instrumentations related to the process control and associated auxiliary control systems, assess plant facilities & process arrangements and recommend new installations or modifications to improve plant control performance or replacement of defective or obsolete instrumentations for control equipment systems and subsystems.
Keep supervision in layout, construction, and maintenance of temporary facilities on the project. Provide constructability suggestions. Provide leadership for the safety, accident prevention, and fire prevention programs on the project. Prepare safety procedures and monitor subcontractors’ safety meetings. Inspect the site to recover from unsafe conditions and practices, take appropriate & corrective action and correct all observed problems. Lead weekly toolbox safety meetings. Maintain a safe work ethic and work environment. Able to work extended work schedules and shift work as required.
