Handle Service Delivery Operation of AMC and Warranty Maintenance of the Comprehensive& non comprehensive Facility management Project.. Review Supplier SLA, NDA, T&C As per Contract.
Monitor the execution of Preventive Maintenance activities for AMC and Warranty .Maintenance
Make sure that, reconciliation of database on a monthly basis & Inventory control of mandatory spares.
Maintenance of HVAC system Ice Chillers, AHU, FCU, FAHU, ERU, TFAU, Ch water system & Precision units.
Operation &Maintenance of Centrifugal chillers of District cooling plant (DAIKIN) (Total 20000 TR). Maintenance of Centrifugal chillers, YORK MEXI 450 TR, DAIKIN DCP plant 20000TR, CARRIER 19XR 1000 TR, CARRIER AIR COOLED chiller 30XA 450 TR,
Operation & Maintenance of Centrifugal chillers (carrier+ York+Daikin) around 1000 TR.
Operation & Maintenance of chilled water, condenser water and cooling tower pumps
Operation & Maintenance of Plumbing, Irrigation, and Fountain & Potable water system.
Operation & Maintenance of Ultrafiltration system & Gray water system.
Operation & Maintenance of drainage system.
Operation & Maintenance of water Boilers & steam Boilers.
Inspection (QCDD) and testing & commissioning Fire Fighting system (deluge & FM -200 SYSTEM) & Kitchen suppression system.(Ansul R-102 Wet chemical)
Preparing QCDD Documents as per requirements for submission.
Operation & Maintenance of fire alarm system& troubleshooting.
Maintenance of LCV Panel, SMDB, MCC, LV, HV, Panel.
PPM Schedule of all equipment’s
Prepare and follow the Program oh HVAC schedule
Attending break downs/emergency calls first preference
Disc lining of water cooled condenser by chemical and water
Maintaining of AHU, FCU Weekly, monthly servicing and maintaining
Attending and maintaining MEP calls and servicing
Logging log sheets daily and entering complete details of equipment
Troubleshooting and repairing of hvac and map services
Keeping in records materials used and balance
Supervise the Maintenance of HVAC work on site
Track, Monitor the HVACs work completed and prepare the bill
Operation & Maintenance of LPG system as per WOQOD Approval.
Preparing PPM of allocated site
Allocate the man power as per the job requirement
Attend the Meeting with superiors and management
Attend the meeting with client and sort out technical issues
Supervise the site daily and guide supervisor and tech
Monitor the HVACs job and prepare daily reports and submit to HVACs manager
Train the tech to use proper tools and handle the job carefully
Trouble shoot the problem and run the machine
Make billing as per the contract terms
Follow safety rules and regulation
Maintenance and repair of Chillers, AHU, FCU, Chilled water Pumps
Maintaining daily log sheets of equipment’s
Periodically servicing and maintenance of chillers and other HVAC equipment’s
Trouble shoot the problem and run the machine
Maintenance and repair of Air cooled & Water cooled Chillers, AHU, FCU, Chilled water Pumps
Maintaining daily log sheets of equipment’s
Periodically servicing and maintenance of chillers and other HVAC equipment’s
Maintenance & servicing of Cooling tower periodically
Attend maintenance & repairs of Reciprocating, Centrifugal and Screw type chillers
Follow the contractual terms and conditions
Other than contract jobs get approval from client and management and complete the job
And make bills
