* Supervising a team assigned to choose the best
ERP or SAAP, HIS ( hospital information system )
RIS, LIS and all the needed programs
* A member of a committee which assigned to
contracting for the construction, medical equipment
purchasing
- Operation Period :
* Preparing all Financial and accounting forms
and procedures.
* Documentation cycle.
* Observe daily accounting process (payable and
receivables, cost control, patient accounting, cash flow
management).
* Payroll
* Monthly, quarterly and annual statements (income
statement, balance sheet, equity and cash flow
statement).
* Budgeting.
* Taxing.
* Ratios.
* Observe all activities which have influence on financial
status such as purchasing, stores... etc.
* As Administrative Manager, Managing all non Medical
activities such as (IT, Maintenance, Catering, Laundry,
Admission Transport, Marketing and Warehouse)
o Observe daily accounting process (payable and receivables, cost control, cash flow management).

o Monthly, quarterly and annual statements (income statement, balance sheet, equity and cash flow statement).

o Observe all activities which have influence on financial status such as purchasing, stores... etc.
Responsible for the financial management of Technical Equipment Office. Responsibilities include treasury and accounts management, facilitation of audits, working capital management and special financial arrangements.
