Iconic station 3B2 consists of 114, 500 m2 area of site development & landscape. Underground car parking with 39, 295 m2 area. Metro Station with 34, 155 m2 area. BRT Bus Station with 3, 500 m2 area, Mosque with 2, 330 m2 area, Four Lattice shape DUNES constructed of Steel structure with total weight of 5, 509 tons
• Involved in all phases of construction and complete execution of activities under contract specifications, designs and drawings.
• Identify and reviews contractors NCRs, RFIs, FCRs, or other change documents and its effective implementation to prevent recurrence within the project.
• Review and comment the contractors submittals, technical queries, field change documents and other technical documents including Drawings and As-Built.
• Compliance of all aspects of Quality Control and Assurance, Health, Safety & Environment.
• Attending QA/QC inspections upon completion of all activities by ensuring works completion adheres to Specifications, approved ITPs, Method statements, Design and Shop Drawings.
• Reviewing the various methods of statements, shop drawings, as-built drawings pertaining to civil construction works & submitting the comments (if any) to the Resident Engineer.
• Quality Assurance ensuring work is done in accordance with project specifications to agreed quality standards.
• Write and maintain accurate installation, Inspection, and approval documentation, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Ensuring all nonconformance is identified and reported through the approved NCR processes and procedures.
• Reviewing of daily reporting procedures e.g. Progress, Productivity, Quality and Safety.
• Encourages/promotes safe site working practices through dialogue/example.
• Inspecting all the materials delivered on site to verify the delivered materials are as per approved MARs (Material approval Request), project standards and specifications.
• Preparing and maintaining RFI log, FDT Log, Cube Log, Correspondence Log, Daily and Weekly report, NCR Log, Site observation Log, MAS Log, and other regular documents.
• Driving and managing contractor works including all finishing and structural works.
• To visit the site and take photos and videos for the record.
• Attend the site Progress & necessary meetings.
• Liaise with the Contractors QA/QC Manager/Engineer for day-to-day quality issues.
Project: Madinah Munawwara Water Tank Project
Project Detail:
Construction of 02 Water Tanks with an area of 40, 000 m2
• Monitoring Site activities & assuring that all the works at the Site should be executed as per drawings & Specifications.
• Preparing Daily, Monthly Reports & submitting them to the concerned department.
• Monitoring the work performed, material and the subcontractors manpower & equipment.
• Checking and approving the monthly bill of quantities submitted by the sub contractor.
• Inspecting all the materials arriving at the Site Store & assuring that all the materials should meet the project requirements and are as per the approved material submittals.
• Coordinating with sub-contractors at regular intervals and informed them about the quality assurance aspects of different works being executed at the Site.
• Preparing & raising the inspection requests to the consultant.
• Arranging Inspections of the routine works with the consultant before proceeding with the next activity & keeping records of all the Inspections approved/disapproved by the consultant.
• Developed systems, processes, and procedures to ensure a safe, effective, and efficient work environment.
Project: Ras Al Khair Power & Desalination Plant, Phase -1 Project Detail:
Construction of Desalination Plant Phase- 1
• Preparing RFI & conducting inspections at the Site with the Consultant Engineer.
• Preparation of material Approvals documents as per the Specification & drawings & submission for approval from the Engineer.
• Preparation of Method Statement of various activities & submitting it to the Engineer for approval before the commencement of work at Site.
• Monitoring of Site activities & assuring that all the works at Site should be executed as per drawings & Specifications. Conducting all the Tests required for Insitu Concreting, e.g., Sampling of Cubes, Slump Cone Test, Temperature of Concrete & assuring that all the parameters must be fulfilled as per specifications & standards.
• Conducting a Compaction test, e.g., Field density Test (Nuclear method & Sand Cone Method).
• Conducting Pull off test & DFT test with Third Party Inspector for Paints.
• Checking and approving the monthly bills submitted by the subcontractor.
• Coordinating with Site Staff at regular intervals and informed them about the quality aspects of different works being executed at the Site.
• Maintaining QA/QC records like Inspection requests log, Material submittal Track List, Concrete Pour records, Calibration Certificates of various testing instruments & batching Plant & other quality-related documents.
