1. Management of projects ensuring compliance with Almarai's objectives and strategy, plan, implement and document the execution of specific projects ensuring optimal conditions and building within laid down specification, approved drawings and within approved capital expenditures and provide special engineering skills and services to the Projects.
2. Develop and execute projects to achieve agreed functional outcomes.
3. Management of project team ensuring adequate resources, skills and experience are available to meet project demands
4. Manage the projects group H&S activities in accordance with Almarai's policy.
5. Manage consultants, suppliers, contractors and internal customers to ensure objectives are met.
6. Co-ordinate project activities in accordance with Almarai's Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures and Engineering Specifications
7. Design, management & preparation of concept plan for Almarai logistic facilities covering entire Gulf Region as per the Company’s requirement
8. Detailed design coordination with the Consultants to develop drawings as per the requirement.
9. Preparation of Capex & budget estimation for Almarai facilities
10. Management & preparation of scope of works for specialized items for logistics facilities such as dock levelers, dock shelters, insulated slide up doors, bumpers etc
11. Management & coordination with Consultants for tendering process & technical evaluation of bids.
12. Management of site during construction phase
13. Management of MEP equipments installations as required for the facilities
14. Commissioning of facilities including finishing works
