Project Description:
Tadawul tower is a state-of-the-art, world-class, intelligent, recognizable and sustainable high rise tower for Tadawul (stock exchange market in Saudi) headquarter, containing 48 floors that include creative and smart offices, high availably Tier IV data center , training facilities, supporting services and amenities.

 Tadawul Real Estate Co. (TREC) Data center is Tier IV Certified of Design Documents.

Main Activities:



-Maintain knowledge of the overall construction processes and operating practices for the MEP construction industry, as well as prevailing MEP codes of practice, local authority regulations and specifications.

-Ensure proper coordination and administration of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection design and construction works undertaken by the consultants and contractors; in accordance with the programmed milestones; ensure successful commissioning and handover under limited supervision.

- Identify MEP design and construction issues; pursue solutions therefor; make recommendations to the Design and Construction Managers thereon; follow up on technical deliverables.

-Review key risks to delivery and resolve related problems before they have any impact on the works.

-Monitor the Consultant’s and Contractor’s MEP design/construction progress in accordance with the Project Master Programme; track and pursue design/construction information to avoid project delays.

-Provide input for correspondence and reports on planning, risk, commercial and contractual issues.

-Monitor the performance of the consultant(s) and contractor(s) with regards to the MEP works to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and specs.

-Attend progress and technical meetings and ensure that all MEP design and construction issues are identified, objectives set and achieved and proper records/minutes are taken.

-Assist the Project Team with a coordinated response to any MEP design and/or construction issues raised and follow up as necessary.

-Review MEP sub-contractors’ technical submittals and test reports in coordination with the Lead Consultant, and issue comments for compliance. Ensure quality assurance.

- Working on design, shop drawing, execution and supervision for the following Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) projects:

1- King Fahad Road tower building, Riyadh
This is a large commercial project with (7000) m2 build up area approximately. The project consists of eleven floors with three basements; two floors are SAIB branch one for gents, other for ladies, remaining floors are offices.


2- South wing project, Riyadh
This is expansion for SAIB head office with (10000) m2 build up area approximately. The project consists of four floors with two basements including one SAIB branch one for ladies, remaining floors are offices.

3- Makkah tower building, Makkah.
4-The following SAIB branches: King Abdul-Aziz Road-Riyadh, Rawdah -Riyadh, Jubail. Panorama mall-Riyadh, Dammam3, Hail, …etc.
5- Various residential buildings (villas), Riyadh


The projects consist of the following systems:
- R.M.U, Transformers, Electrical Installations (Internal + External), Switchgears (MDB, SMDB, MCC….), Power Cables (PVC, XLPE), ATS, Diesel generators, UPS System, Central Emergency Battery System, Addressable Fire Alarm System, CCTV System, Intrusion system, Audio Video Systems, Fire Alarm System, Building Management System (BMS), Computer and telephone networks, Central Sound System, Central Lighting Control system, Dimming system (EIB), Interactive TV system &video in demand, Lifts, Grounding and Lightning Protection System, Smoke aspiration system (VESDA).

- Electrical Project Engineer in Hofuf Mall project, this is a large commercial project developed by Fawaz Al Hokair Real Estate Development Company (FAS). The site area is approximately (131, 400 m²) and (91, 400) m2 build up area. The project consists of shops, hyper market (Geant), Coffee Shops, food court area, entertainment area and ice ring Ski. Total power supply capacity of 16 MVA provided through a dedicated 13.8/0.38 kV substations

Worked on design, shop drawing and supervision for 1st class projects (resorts, hotels and villas), including the following projects:
1-Kempenski Hotel Ishtar -Dead Sea, Jordan
2-Kempenski Hotel-Aqaba, Jordan
- Kempenski Hotel Ishtar project is a large hospitality project developed by United Saudi Jordanian Hotels&Tourism Company (HAT). Consists of 318 Rooms, Royal villas, Ballrooms, Conference rooms, Swimming pools, cinema, Coffee shops, Spa with total 10, 000 m².
- Kempenski Hotel Aqaba developed by United Saudi Jordanian Hotels & Tourism Company (HAT). Consists of 216 Rooms, Swimming pools and many hospitality facilities.
