JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
➢ Surveying and Layout
➢ Quality of R.C.C works, B/W, plastering etc.
➢ Architectural finishes i.e. high quality stone works, tiling etc.
➢ Quality surveying i.e. preparation of material requirement, manpower requirements, preparation of measurements and bills, analysis of extra items of work (not given in BOQ) etc.
➢ Water proofing of different kinds of roofs, walls etc.
➢ Preparation of bar bending schedule, detailing from original drawing.
➢ Fabrication of the form-works etc.
➢ Various false ceiling, roofs works.
➢ Paneling and partition i.e. wooden, gypsum board, laminated board, particles boards, etc. cupboard, cabinets, counters and other fixed wood works.
➢ Painting, polishing, antiquing and other finishing works.
➢ Planning and scheduling of activities and detailed planning of sub activities and monitoring the same.
➢ Reviewing and initiating remedial measures.
➢ Controlling activities of all the site staff including semiskilled and unskilled labor to accelerating site progress.
