Regular visit to Assigned Dealer for canvassing of orders and advice on arrival of new
products and promotions.
* Dealer training on products including demo also discuss payment related issues with
dealers.
* Advice dealers on monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and guide them to achieve
these.
Handling More Than 10, 000 items. Ordering the spare parts in different section Bosch, Kia,
Alfa Romeo, Volvo and local market. Prepare the local purchase order & Quotation.
* Goods receiving and updating in stock. Keep the stock up to date of various locations.
Prepare the Bosch Quick Service customer statement for customer follow up. Sort out the
credit invoices & prepare the monthly statement for Osoul.
* Updating the Price, Organizing daily cash & Credit invoices and allocation of documents
records divisionwise.
Responsible for the Showroom Sales
* Inventory Control
* Preparing Sales Invoices, Insurance Papers, Quotations etc.
* Prepare weekly sales reports.
