- Estimate how many labors needed to finish certain work based on two main factors; first, work quantity which could be measured as m2, and recommended man hours’ rate.
- Meet all manpower requests that the department receives in weekly basis from different projects in the kingdom and prepare manpower look ahead plan.
-Nominated as Project Manager for implementing Oracel Time and Labor Project. This project should help the company to manage and control its manpower.
- Estimate needed duration for each task in the project based on number of labors available in that project and when that task needs to be closed.
1- Work with QA/QC department to ensure that all the required works from the client have been closed
properly and there is no further notes "field memos" from the client and the consultant
2- Assigned as a representative for the company to follow up the progress of subcontractors to ensure that
they deliver the required daily tasks on time
3- Being in charge of finishing works; such as plaster and painting work for the basement, floor screeds,
porcelain and ceramic for the lockers room
