Project Planning & Control
•Overseeing the course of tasks in execution of the project post planning and finalization of preliminary design submitted by the designer as per the ease in construction requirement.
•Preparing and reviewing operating budgets, schedules, execution methodologies, milestones and Cash Flow projections.
•Preparing and monitoring resource requirements based on the budgetary parameters, making changes in the same as per revised schedules and budgets.

Responsiblility: Restoration of Piers and Wharfs which comprises of 5 Piers, 10 Wharfs, Floating Pier, Dry dock,
Ammo Pier. Involve from the stage of planning and mobilisation. Which includes preparing of Method
Statement for various activites involve in the construction.

Contributions:
•Shop drawing and getting approval from the consultant and starting the production of precast members, including designing and fabrication of the formwork of special shapes.
•Method statement for different activities for restoration of piers and successfully got approval from the Engineers.
•Finalizing the methods and formwork requirement for the different pre-cast element.
•Mobilization and construction of the pre-cast yard for different types of precast structures.
•Modified the design of Hydro jetting frame for skinning of existing pies to meet the site requirement.

Construction of Kashmere Gate Underground Station which is an Interchange between Elevated and
Underground Station. This station was constructed using both Top down and Bottom Up Constructions
Method. Responsible for construction activities including from Road Diversion to the construction of
Main Station Box which includes, Diaphragm wall, Barrettes with Plunge Column, Excavation,
Permanent Retaining Wall, Temporary Strutting System, Different Level of Slabs, Waterproofing.
Secondary Structures (Staircases Non Structure Wall for Ventilation Plenum etc.). De-mobilization of
Project.
Construction Cost of Station Box : 60.00 million USD.

Diaphragm Wall, Micro piles and Barrette piles
Managed the sequence & excavation of Permanent Diaphragm Wall including Bentonite Management (18000m2 of diaphragm wall)
Planned the sequence of Barrette Piles (3500m2 of barrettes)
150000 m3 of bulk excavation for the station box with an average of 700 m3 per day in soft soil and 80.00 to 100.00 m3 in Hard Rock.
Preparing the Bar Bending Schedule for the diaphragm wall and Barrettes.
Administered Drilling of micro piles as per site requirement and Driving of sheet piles with 9T- vibro hammer maintaining the verticality.
Slabs (Top Down Construction Method)
Checked the bar BBS of roof slabs, concourse slab and base slab.
Coordinated with the client for the inspection of reinforcement and maintaining the ITP formats.
Administered the strutting of temporary diaphragm wall below the existing elevated rail corridor.
Temporary Diversion, Reinstatement and Utility Diversion and Demobilization
Diversion of 2.5m diameter drainage channel after the completion of the station diaphragm wall and roof slab.
Reinstatement of the road as per the approved drawings and standard.
