Preparing daily, weekly, monthly Reports, Monitor KPI on HORECA Section, Organize and distribute salesmen schedules, Help HORECA sales staff achieve sales targets, Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning, Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team, Leading, directing and motivating the sales team, Responsible for acting as the team leader and ensuring that all Salesmen meet their targets, Ensuring that the highest levels of customer care is given to clients, Handling customer complaints and concerns, Conducting meetings with Dubai nestle waters zone, Conducting field visits to market to ensure that all objectives are assessed.
