Head Of Customer Service & Sales Engineer
Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of Customer Service operations.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/semi yearly/yearly report to management.
Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activites and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
Training staff in areas of Customer service and company policies.
Team leader and DOA manager in all case.
Working and support in big branches.
Control and sign all the Exchange & Refund process.
Arrange weeckly and monthly report.
Handel and assist customer inquiries both calls and emails.
Manage and resolve customers complain.
Assist customers inside store.
Follow up daily delivery and update in system.
Follow up all "CRM" call center cases.
Control and update files for all service center cases.
Daily coordinate with suppliers and Send LPO.
Work in internal and external system.
Follow up all service cases in coordination with services e center.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/semi yearly/yearly report to management.
Organize & control orders.
Check stock report.
Motivate my team to achieve monthly target.
Check weekly presence report of my merchandiser.
Control sales report related to stores hypermarkets and
showrooms.
Handle customer complain.
Coordinate service cases with service center.
Assist Customers inquires and coordinate with all branches.
Handle customer inquiries by calls and manage a large amounts of incoming calls.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools.
