• Acting as a Helpdesk & IT Support Team Leader and exploiting skills in overseeing end-to-end spectrum of activities pertaining to helpdesk while leading the helpdesk team to perform their job as per the defined standards.
• Evaluating new hardware to meet company requirements and testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Managing other technical activities encompassing installing & configuring computer hardware and operating systems; configuring or modifying switch configuration as required; and providing preventive maintenance.
