 Develop several standards, procedures and guidelines related to road safety for the company’s global operations.
 Provide support for road safety related training programs based on safe operating standards, guidelines and procedures for Airport Operations.
 Development, implementation and analysis of health and safety reporting systems as related to road safety.
 Analyze the company’s incident statistics to identify trends in road safety performance and assist the management in implementing strategies to reduce incidents.
 Assist in the implementation and development of road safety management plans.
 Liaise with regulatory authorities to promote road safety and assist in resolving any issues of non-compliance.
 Assess hazards and risks associated with road transport, identifying appropriate mitigation measures to reduce the exposure to a level of ALARP and monitor activities to ensure compliance.
 Manage and monitor contractor’s performance in relation to road safety within the airport.
 Lead road safety incident investigations.

 Ensure all processes needed for the Quality, environment & Health and safety Management Systems are established, implemented & maintained.
 Conduct gap analysis between current organization system and other standards requirements.
 Develop internal work procedures in order to meet the requirements of the adopted standards, and to meet the continuous improvement vision within the organization.
 Prepare risk assessment reports for all activities within the organization.
 Conduct safety inspections to make sure all activities are done in accordance to the safety & environment lows and regulations.
 Prepare training and different awareness programs for health, Safety and environment.
 Communicating and preparing annually external audit for surveillance, re-certification purpose.
 Prepare HSE plans for contracts meeting client’s requirements.
 Conduct accidents investigation and analysis to set recommendations for preventive actions.
 Prepare SWIs, leaflets, booklets and other tools in order to enhance the Safety culture among employees.
 Provide HSE consultations to other departments.
 Monitor and analyze work related accidents/incidents and set recommendations and action plans to reduce and prevent accidents.
 Plan & execute internal audit programs on different management systems within the organization (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 39001, ISO 15001, ISO 10002, ISO 10003, ISO 39001).
 Responsible for the development/preparation and documentation of IMS which addresses the adoption in accordance with the above mentioned standards
 Prepare and revise QHSE procedure manuals.
 Prepare Audit checklists according to the IMS standards and internal systems.
 Carry out internal / project audits and external audits on sub-contractors
 Monitoring and analysis of KPI, NCR and corrective actions

 Conduct safety meetings and evaluate the safety aspects of proposed activities, also record any concerns raised at these pre job meetings.
 Liaises with each Department Leader on a weekly basis for all matters relating to health and safety.
 Carry out any in-house safety related training.
 General policing of work sites.
 Implementation of any safety related procedures or safety awareness campaigns.
 Preparation of Job Hazard Analysis in conjunction with the Supervisor.
 Perform industrial safety audits and follow ups on corrective actions in order to ensure compliance with the Standards and Regulations. Implementing and maintaining OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety Management System, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

 Implement and evaluate safety standards and processes which enables the company meets regulatory and compliance requirements for maintaining a safe workplace.
 identify existing or potential risks and recommend corrective / preventive measures
 Conduct Safety instructions for new employees.
 Perform industrial safety audits and follow ups on corrective actions in order to ensure compliance with the Standards and Regulations.
 Conduct investigations regarding accidents to determine their causes and make recommendations to prevent recurrence
 Implementing and maintaining OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety Management System, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.

 Developing and maintaining documents related to HSE.
 Conduct HSE Inspection on site.
 Developing Training and Awareness topics for workers at different levels.
 Preparing HSE Cost estimation during project bidding.
 Investigate all injuries, accidents and near misses. Identify the causes and advise on any improvement in safety standards that need to be made to prevent future incidents.
 Encourage and educate employees to take precautions and adhere to safety rules to protect themselves and the equipments they use from damage.
