Duties:

- Acting as the site representative for the company and ensuring that all work on site is completed as per the design. Dealing with the contractors/sub-contractors and suppliers on a daily basis and monitoring and reporting back the progress of the projects.

- Responsible for management of project aspects (MEP, HVAC, Furniture, Lighting, Flooring, Cladding, Signage...etc) and human resources on site.


- Preparing Design to fit the actual site of stores.

- Coordinating with site inspectors to check the ongoing project status and development.

- Maintaining Charts of contractors for proper execution of key projects on a daily basis.

- Checking the material quality as per prescribed standards.

- Responsible for Handover the projects to retailers.

Duties:

- Project representative in interior design for retail projects, International and local outfit brands.

- Creator (designer) of concepts for 4 local brands (Blue Age, Rina, ZEY shoes, Ci Gusta-frozen yogurt).

- Responsible for fitting and coordinating construction of international brand Concepts (Terranova, Caliope, Miss Sixty, Energie).

- Following up with retail construction progress for more than 130 retail store in the kingdom.

- Ensuring that all work on site is completed as per the design aspects.

- Dealing with the contractor on a daily basis and monitors the progress.

- Team leader for two Interior designers and CAD Draftsman.

Duties:
- Developing and devising the total interior concepts 2D/3D for a project.

- Attending meetings with the clients to finalize the proposed designs.

- Conducting in-depth studies of the place to be renovated / designed and figuring out the possibilities for the best designs.

- Inspecting the place and estimating the total cost for the whole designing/ renovation.

- Conducting seminars on the designing concepts.

- Flooring pattern design.- Reflected ceiling design.- Selecting (colors, material).- Distribution of the furniture with modeling.- Presentation board layout and mood board.- 3d shots of the spaces with v-ray material and lighting rendering.
