• Managing the product of Contractor through on-site close supervision, controlling their quality, and giving the approvals.
• Review to verify, material approvals /Shop Drawings deliverables.
• Monitoring the applying of QA/QC plans, manage the NCRs rectifications/closure, and ensure that the project will be.

Arrange for elementary hand over committee in conjunction with client and contractor on site staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the project’s needs. Manage and coordinate in conjunction with the Contractor the collection, review and distribution of as Built Drawings and Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
• Provide support to and coordinate with Project Manager on all structural issues during the course of projects.
• Review shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project.
• Ensure that all structural drawings are in line and coordinated with other disciplines.
• Ensure that the progress at site is as per approved time schedule.
• Inspect work done, samples, materials, workmanship, ensuring compliance with project documents.
• Follow up and Supervising all the inspection requests.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, ITP and method of statement.
• Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the progress and manpower.

• Preparing organization charts for all areas based on total staff at contract, and distances between projects.
• Preparing deployment plan based on the Org. chart and the taking over dates for all projects.
• Preparing Pre-Design documents for the site offices design, according to the areas mentioned at the contract (6 types).
• Supervise all Civil site execution work, work according to the project specification and Shop drawings.
• Coordinating with the Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, Municipality. and Government authorities for getting Monthly approval.
