Job description:
• Follow up on the construction process to ensure works are executed in compliance with the baseline schedule, project specifications, project quality plan, and HSE plan.
• Evaluate contractor’s schedules (baseline, updates & versions, 3 weeks look-ahead schedules, and E.O.T. requests) interacting with planning department.
• Maintain project documentation and data distribution according to the communication plan.
• Review Payment certificates and approve them after verifying the quantities of completed works and verifying B.O.Q. rates.
• Review contractor’s technical submittals (Shop drawings, Material Submittals in compliance with contract terms & conditions and specifications, and review field change documents as needed.
• Lead and resolve interfaces & conflicts between different disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) interacting with Engineering department.
• Check variation orders claims based on the terms of the contract.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and technical meetings and ensure timely issuance of M.O.M, and follow up action plans.
• Provide Progress reports to management & Client as required.
• Ensure all field engineers complete their daily checklists and actions as required.
Project-1: Construction of SATS Airfreight Terminal - KKIA - Riyadh, K.S.A.

Job description:
• Ensure construction work of the assigned project is executed within target time frames and with the required level of quality as per the approved method statements and inspection & test plans and budgeted cost.
• Ensure adherence to procedures stated in approved safety and security plans and activities’ risk assessments to achieve zero accidents interacting with the HSE department.
• Optimizes manpower productivity, equipment, and materials allocation, and ensures no materials are wasted on assigned parts of the site.
• Oversee purchase and delivery of required materials and inflow/outflow of site store materials in coordination with the Procurement Department.
• Interfaces/coordinates with sub-contractors to ensure compliance of project implementation with the construction schedule and manage their invoices.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager & Engineering department on the preparation of all project technical submittals and drawings.
• Coordinate with the planning department to prepare weekly progress reports and attend weekly progress meetings with consultant & client.
• Supervise field engineers and ensure their compliance with reporting requirements.

Job description:
• Assists with the preparation of construction schedule, manpower histogram, submittal log, and drawing log, and any changes thereof, in coordination with Construction staff and Planning & Cost Control Units for initial project planning.
• Follow up and track the project submittals and shop drawings.
• Review the Variations/Change Orders/Time Extensions with the Project Manager to give feedback about the impact on the project.
• Assigns responsibilities to on-site staff in coordination with the Project Manager and supervises their productivity.
