✓ Supervise the design team for requested calculations and shop drawings.

✓ Prepare reports for the basis of design, schematic, concept, and
detailed design.
✓ Analyze and design multi-storied reinforced concrete structures and
steel structures.
✓ Strengthen and retrofit existing reinforced concrete structures.
✓ Conduct value engineering exercises for reinforced concrete
structures.
✓ Supervise a team of draftsmen and junior structural engineers to
ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with the highest
quality of production.
✓ Perform spot checks on complete structural drawings.
✓ Prepare complete structural design calculations.
✓ Review technical submittals and meet with material suppliers.
✓ Coordinate with the site team, subcontractors, and geotechnical
engineers.
✓ Co-ordinate with client project manager during their site inspections in
the presence of the RE or ARE.

✓ Prepare reports for the basis of design, schematic, concept, and detailed
design.
✓ Design of various building structure elements using ETABS, SAFE, Prokon
& Staad Pro design software confirming the latest international codes
(ACI, ASCE, AISC & UBC).
✓ Strengthen and retrofit existing reinforced concrete structures.
✓ Obtaining approvals on Structural Design Reports and Drawings from the
municipality to release for execution.
✓ Supervising the structural team of assistant engineers & draftsmen for
Preparation of Structural Shop Drawings and Checking Structural Shop
Drawings.
✓ Apply and implement all quality controls and quality procedures of the
site.
✓ Follow up and implement any site instructions made by the client and
contractor.
✓ Develop structural calculation sheets and design report. Coordinate with
the factory to speed up the work with efficiency at sites.

✓ Study the architectural drawings and sections to determine the structural
system of a building.
✓ Handing over the hard copies of structural drawings & models to the Senior
Engineer
✓ Supervising the structural draftsmen for Preparation of Structural Shop
Drawings and Checking Structural Shop Drawings.
✓ Using computer aided designing to create detailed designs and
specifications. Control and maintain design standards of elements as per
specified code.
✓ Inspect ongoing civil & architectural works, materials approval and ensuring
compliance with project specification.
