• P&L management Top/Bottom line focus, managed Brand portfolio with more than 650 mil AED revenue
• Substantially improved the Brand P&L through rental negotiation and closed loss making stores with minimum penalties - with a +ve impact on bottom line with more than 20 mil AED over 1 year
• Successful expansion and optimization of Business portfolio - opened 4 new stores in 2021
• Effectively managed team of over 500 plus employees across the Kingdom

• SAUDI MADE : Suggested to introduce new categories, local made (Beauty care products/Perfumes) since we sell bedrooms and dressers, and leverage the confidence that shoppers still buy from environmentally conscious companies
• Networking with Saudi Interior designers to embrace change and designs our stores, as Saudi’s love Brand with Saudi twist
• Comprehensive market study on IKEA, ABAYAT, AL-MUTLAQ and other key players submitted to CEO with a detailed observations and recommendations for process and Operation Improvement.
• Picked-up aggressiveness to enhance corporate engagement through tie-ups in the Housing domain, enquiries to SABIC & ARAMCO for over 2400 villas for their staff.
• Working on weak links especially to those dissatisfied Online customers to turn them into lifetime customer
• SMI concept roll-out in 2016, developed a vertical of Franchise Brands in KSA market, managed end to end Business performance of all Brands viz. Steve Madden, Ecco, Adidas, Carpisa, Le-Confort, Kurt Geiger and Pablosky.
• Brand acquisitions (Ecco, Steve Madden) from Al-Hokair and Al-Yasra fashion co respectively.
• Significant growth on Steve Madden with CAGR +ve 23%, great support by licensing Men’s and Bags in-order to have local relevance
• Productivity: Introduced Brand wise Area Managers to drive better Focus resulted in greater improvement on Training of soft skills
• Attrition control: Involved key Saudi Female managers in Buying decisions, 2 Saudi female managers travelled to Steve Madden HQ in USA.
• Developed commercial Bags in CARPISA where 20% of Options and 50% of Buy is as per local relevance which turned around the brand in KSA
• Successfully opened 25 Adidas SIS stores within CenterPoint to capitalize market share which eventually improved CP floor productivity by 7 AED P/Sft (for the allocated area) and drove bigger ATVs
• Developed Le-Confort a comfortable footwear Fashion Brand to fulfill the core consumer need, Inspiration from Global Luxury brands, purely for GCC native women (match shoes and bags)
• P&L management Top/Bottom line focus, with Brand T.O more than 300 mil AED revenue, 32 stores KSA
• Formulated Pricing Strategy, Store Clustering, Service Proposition, Space & Staff Productivity.
• Store development, new store concepts, refits, repairs and maintenance.
• Spearheaded overhaul of various underperforming departments to reduce stagnation and increase growth
• Achieved ever highest sales & profitability in FY 2014-15.
• Implemented various initiatives viz. Centralized Local Buying, Feminization, Nationalization.
