• Study Architects and the Engineering building plans
• Significant experience in shutdown, maintenance and new installation projects - leading an integrated planning approach from proposal to execution
• Engineering project planner; sound abilities enabling consistent delivery to timescale and budgets
• Identifying risks and mitigating project controls - progress monitoring / reporting
• Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using primaveraP6 and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program accordingly on monthly and weekly basis.
• Resource planning / variance analysis involving materials, man-power and resources
• Preparing cash flow chart and the resource curve.
• Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and Critical Path Activities (CPA) reporting
• Delaying events / failures investigation and solutions implementation
• Advisory / consultancy responsibilities involving due diligence on bid programs
• Sound experience / skills in Primavera (P3 - P6) and MS-Project
• Advance proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word & Power Point

• Carrying out monthly valuations of work in progress in terms of cost.

• Good knowledge in making civil project tender, technical & commercial offers and already participated in some projects.
• Good knowledge in (RFB, RFP, RFQ), procurement administration, contracts & procurement closure.
• Monitoring daily progress of site.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the project director.
• Ensure that all engineering related and safety procedures are adhered to through the project duration
• Assist in subcontracts administration and related correspondences-, measurements, payment certification, closing final accounts etc.
