Working on S.A.P. preparing Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Service Entries and following with the line Manager for the approval. Generating logs/ reports for the project.
Coordination with Client and subcontractors.
Coordination with site teams.
As Built follow-up with Subcontractors and Client.
Total document controlling.
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Preparation of Minutes of Meeting.
