Leading as Resident Engineer for the Site Supervision Atkins Consultant Team for the Infrastructure & Marine Bridge Works for various contracts & different Contractors, ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered.
Manage and coordinate the inputs of project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project elements.
Coordinate the execution between Engineering, Architectural and Civil/Structural disciplines.
Apply / implement the quality management principles and processes.
Apply / implement the risk assessment and management principles and processes.
Providing strategic planning advice in relation to the requirements for phasing of infrastructure works and the sequence of works.
Attending weekly & monthly progress meetings with Clients and other Stakeholders and presenting the progress reports
Manage and resolve site planning, coordination issues & site works in accordance with the approved Baseline schedules & Master Program.
Manage technical coordination meetings with Contractors and project staff.
Manage the implementation of site-based approval protocols to ensure that the infrastructure is completed in accordance with the design, specification and quality requirements.
Worked as Project manager during a period of 25 years with Huta for various onshore & offshore projects including multi storied Hotel complex, Residential Towers, Infrastructure projects of Bridges, Flyovers, Underpasses, Asphalt Roads, Industrial Sheds, Warehouses, Box Culverts, Channels, Transmission lines, and utilities works (Storm, Sewer, Potable, Firewater, Street Lighting).
In Marine Construction, I have experience in Construction of Quay Walls for Ports / Jetties, Seawater Intake & Outfalls, Breakwaters, Beach side Villas / Resorts, Beach rehabilitation etc.
Worked as Project Engineer for the follwing projects:
1. Pasha Court, Multistoried Luxury Residential Complex.
Punjagutta, Hyderabad.
2. Regency Diapers Factory, Industrial Estate
Miyapur, Hyderabad.
3. Chermas Ready Garments Complex
