Operated Dairy Process operational support, Dairy Processing Lab including the batching, processing, packaging and storage of dairy product along with the cleaning and sanitation of the equipment and facility. Most equipment maintenance and upkeep. All activities that support the production of a safe, consumable product ensuring the highest quality possible by complying with all local, State and Federal rules and regulations on a continuous basis.
Responsibilities such as operating research and sensitive, advanced equipment within the Dairy Processing Lab as well which ever included within the Operator workload.
Transportation and receipt of raw farm milk to the dairy processing operation. Several critical quality control functions.
Capable of doing independent work with no supervision and provide direction to subordinate employees.
A leader within the workforce and make leadership decisions during the daily performance of duties within the dairy production environment.
